Nuno felting usually uses very thin layers of wool on a sheer fabric base. This gives a strong, thin, drapable, wool that can be worn nearly year round.
Sometimes Nuno felting can be quite thick and the base fabric adds more decorative element than strength.
These are examples of some of my past work.
I offer workshops in felting techniques such as wet felting, Nuno felting, felted flowers, and wall hangings.
